TP on Air – Pilot Episode: Real conversations about equality
In this pilot episode, we open the mic to talk about those invisible rules that we often take for granted: how we are expected to behave in certain contexts and how some biases are still present in everyday life. Coinciding with March 8, and through a close and honest conversation, different voices from TP speak about what happens beyond the date: experiences, perspectives, and reflections on equality, microaggressions, generational change, and the role each person plays in creating fairer and more conscious environments.
TP on Air is a space where we leave traditional formats behind to open a more direct, close, and dynamic window into everything we are as a team, through a different way of communicating.
Here, we speak without rush, without rigid scripts, and without unnecessary filters. Simply: our stories, what we learn every day, the challenges we overcome, and the things that inspire us. We want this to be a meeting point where we can truly listen to each other and feel more connected.
