Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work, AENOR and Top Employer), is looking for a New Field Marketing Manager in Barcelona.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute B2B content marketing campaigns per vertical and follow up short-term goals.
  • Execute and promote TP Spain participation in key vertical events (owned and regional).
  • Build and execute client experiences for site visits.
  • Leadership and content planning of content marketing strategy for New Business.
  • Online and offline marketing: hands-on experience with digital media: business Linkedin content planner & creator.
  • Together with the sales team, build sales presentations and collaborate in client proposals.
  • Building and executing marketing plans for existing ML accounts.
  • Define and lead Teleperformance Spain market awards participation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing/Publicity.
  • Experience working with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach.
  • Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.
  • English is a must.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience in a B2B role.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B marketing.
  • Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Ability to create and manage marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent writing and B2B content creation skills.
  • Passionate about New Technologies, New Economy and Digital Transformation.
  • Metaverse knowledge or interest.
  • Storytelling expertise: Video approach.
  • Creativity.
